The 421 rule is applied at all our hotels that receive sports groups. Specific menus have been elaborated by our dietetician to suit the needs of the different types of sports.
The 421 rule is defined as follows for each meal :

It is important to have a meal that is rich in carbohydrates of an average sugar content (rice, potatoes, dried pulses), and also to avoid fat, 2 or 3 hours before engaging in major effort.
