If Alliance group opted for a five-year partnership for cooking training with the Alain Ducasse Training Centre, it is first and foremost for reasons related to taste and culinary philosophy.

Each buffet created in our restaurants attests to the savoir-faire of the Alain Ducasse Training Centre. Moreover, the training programmes are adapted to match our different types of establishments, also to the different destinations and types of clients.
